I was charged for the room and breakfast in the hotel, but I was not given breakfast and the reception staff of the hotel used the wrong word and took the money completely, misbehaved with us and family members.

Quite economic and clean stay with working air conditioner, wifi and escalator. Next to it the general store for the best ginger tea and other needs, and quality food restaurant offering a delicious full meal thali for Rs 90. Bathroom were small but clean with working toilet, shower and footmat outside. Also has a working Jio tv connection, table and chair for working on laptop if needed.

It was terrible there was loging of water and even flush was not working .moreover they don't have break fast facility and same is charged in booking you should give me 100 percent refund

Service was very poor , toilet was fully unhygienic, Bad odour was coming into the room from bathroom, Balcony was not a balcony it was a drain. There is nobody for room service. Room was in bad condition. Blankets & towels were used. Commode was broken and washroom was not cleaned properly. Jet was also not working properly. No action taken after multiple complaints. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. Absolute waste of money.

Room offered was not as per specifications booked. Staff was very rude in answering mismatch. Was offered Room with 2 bed against booking Room with 3 bed.

Location : 5/5 close to bus stand and railway station. locality is peaceful, Public transport available for going to Temple. Service : Good Service, as soon as i requested for the room to be cleaned they acted immediately and the needful was done in 10 minutes. Pictures shown on the app and the actual rooms don't match.. the washrooms are in bad shape.. disappointe

Really felt at home here with our children. Staff was understanding and accommodating while rooms were exactly right.

According to price charged nothing was provided. Toiletries not provided, beding was unhygienic , very dusty door mats, bathroom was also very dirty and washbasin was not functional water logging. Intercom was also not working. My experience is not good at all.
