The property listed as new but may not be a new property, we have taken this booking with assurance and trust . no lights in the corridor no one available at the hotel to speak or to ask no hot water available. Seems they depended on solar for hot water which is not possible in water. Stayed with a kid in this sizzling winter. Day one provided an emerson rod to heat the water. Day 2 that was also taken away. No breakfast provided for which we paid extra basic thing, dust bin also not there in the room all the photos of rooms and toilets placed are false.

1. the hotel rooms have cockroaches 2. the hotel never had clean bedsheets and towels for entire stay of about 20-22hrs. when ever we ask it was always in laundry 3. the receptionist was confused about our booking 4. wifi is not available at the hotel room alloted to us. 5. the door lock of room was very weak, our bags was on gods wish and our fait. 6. they do not have mineral water bottles 7. yes it has hot water supply

1. Pathetic hotel 2. I paid the money in advance but didn’t stay in this dump yard, rooms were smelly seems like deserted place. Roofs were leaking and falling down 3. Very difficult to locate. 4. No one to manage this hotel.
