Location is okay. Very clean. Super swimming pool. Very elegant staffs. Nice ambience. Book & enjoy

Place was good with lush green fields and swimming pool

If you goa trip in for peace here you will get all you want. Cheap comfortable food is amazing service is top notch staffs are very good

The property is placed in an amazing location. You will find the best view. The view from the swimming pool is fantastic. I have stayed at both the cottage and dorm. The dorms are a lil bit unhygienic but it's good considering the price we pay. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff is really good and helpful. Considering the price and hospitality I would recommend booking this property for anyone who would wanna stay a lil far from the crowd and enjoy a good vacation in goa.

Feel free u can book this hotel, the staff are really gud, wt u seen in hotel photo in web as like only, if u took car r bike for rent it can easily accessible the hotel. Safety also good, the place which was their extremely gud. If u want wish to go the cost also less and better experience, u can book this hotel, u have car r bike it’s better to access all the places, it’s near only with in 15km. We are around 7 people enjoyed lot

The owner shivam bhai is so awesome and location is so peaceful. The staff was so caring. They will provide you with the scooty too to travel. Overall the best hotel in mandrem. The only demerit was it was far w away from the baga beach!

the location of this property is very beautiful. it's amidst the nature and the path/way from shivam bnb to mandrem & arambol beach is serene! enjoyed our stay here.

If you dont mind long walks to the beach, the bnb is ideal. You may rent cars, bike or even a bicycle, like i did. If you seek a driver who is ever-helpful and kind, i would recommend ashok, and he claims he can drive you any place within the country. A great swimming pool at thr property beckons you to witness hills and-lush green farms.
Would highly recommend this bnb. Owner is very down to earth. Food can be very spicy, so either ask them to reduce the spice or you can even cook your own food. Many temples in the area. Preksha yoga cent-re is a great place to join yoga lessons or wellness retreat. Mandrem beach is for those seeking peace and quiet.
