Cons: Despite booking well in advance, we faced several inconveniences that should have been addressed before our arrival. We lost almost three hours after check-in coordinating basic essentials like getting the TV to work, requesting towels, water bottles, a tea kettle, fresh bedsheets, and clearing insects from the room. Furthermore, the breakfast service fell short—our request for a Jain menu placed the night before was still not fulfilled by 10 AM. Suggestion: The property would benefit significantly from being maintained by a professional hospitality agency or being leased to an experienced operator known for high service standards. I would be happy to recommend suitable contacts if the owner is open to it.
