To start with , the manager at check in was very unfriendly He was probably doing us a favour by letting us stay in his 5 * property Their wifi did not work at all and to add to the misery , neither did my mobile network catch the range Everytime I had to go to the reception where I could get some network , to check my messages Lost a few pounds in the bargain (they get a star for that) The room number 210 was so claustrophobic The tv did not work and it took two of their employees a lot of time to fix it , which stopped again later The power went off in the night and took forever to come back The roomboys Kaptan(that's how he pronounced it) and his cousin did their job nicely In the morning there was a centipede in the wash basin to greet us I don't know what made them give themselves a 3 star rating .
