Hotel sevices is good with maintain hygiene for making food and also parking facility good with big garden for marriage function

The hotel is average. Rooms are terrible in terms of hygiene. Linen dirty, washrooms dirtier, poor quality of toiletries were the highlights. Restaurant was food was nice.
Hygiene was a major issue in the room and the washroom. Early check in was denied despite of room availability. They focus more on ripping you off vs providing you quality service.

Shivpuri is a small city. It's good to have such hotel here, which has very delicious food and huge sized luxury rooms. Staff is very helpful in all terms. Overall it is the only good hotel in town.

Even hotel construction is good but management is not capable to maintain it. Services in hotel is very poor. You will not get any service on time. Even for safety point of view it is not safe. In my room suddenly short circuit happened and we could See huge smoke behind tv even that time tv was switched off. Meanwhile abnormal behavior was there with all the electric and electronic equipments also there was no fire extinguisher in hotel. In a conclusion I can only say was a very bad experience in this hotel.

Amazing place to be, that too in an isolated place of Shivpuri. Hats off to the hotel management.

Many teething troubles in the room like bathroom lights are very dull, ac not working, hot water not available, door mat missing etc. Breakfast offered late with limited options on variety. Though there are issues, the hotel staff resolved it.

Good location and service was excellent

Room were clean and tidy Linen was new But food to cost ratio and quality was not that good. It was ok ok types

Nice place, newly opened so things were in progress. Lack of hot water in the bathroom was a sore point, otherwise stay was good and staff was cooperative.
