Not very good, toilet door was problematic, Header was not working. Tea was available only after 8 am.

room water heater not working. rooms are not cleaned. slow service. lack of management pools was not accessable. instead for provide pool free they have charged 300 per person room water heater not working.

Hotel denied to provide complementary dinner/ lunch ...I have not taken dinner on the day of check in due to late night check in and I request them to provide the complementary dinner/ Lunch on check out day..they denied. Overall, our experience was excellent, but there were a few disappointments that need attention: The geyser in our room was not working. We were initially told by the receptionist that the pool would open at 2:00 PM. However, when we went to access it, we were informed that it was chargeable — something that was neither mentioned earlier nor written anywhere. To our surprise, the pool was in very poor condition, full of algae, yet we were still expected to pay to use it. That was unacceptable. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and his way of handling guests lacked basic hospitality standards. On a positive note: The food was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Suggestion: Management should seriously look into the behavior of the front desk staff and ensure transparency regarding pool usage to maintain the good reputation of the property.

The location of the property is good. Cleanliness and Room Service was poor. The food was delicious. Staff members of the hotel are very polite and helpful.
