Overall experience for this property is good ,but little expensive

Morning breakfast is good. But the room can be maintained a bit better for the price they got from customer. Not a big resort.

We recently done cataract surgery for both the eyes for my mother. Dr. Kasinathan sir provided the clear advice. Operation was successfully completed. She got the clear vision in both the eyes now. Thanks to doctor and his team.

The Stay and Food tase was good,also the ambience and the guest welcome was good Require improvement on following 1.The Private pool could be converted as a jaccuci as considering the climatic conditions it's becoming inaccessible during extreme cold temperatures 2.Food Order is taken 40min prior and if we wish to order while dining the preparation time is too high which makes us stopping from additional food items rather than the ordered menu. 3.There could be also room heater facility made available as additional amenity.

The door lock hatch is not available and not working morning breakfast is not good.fan is not fixed height and it is touching our hand if raise the hand.it is not worth of paying this much money.need more improvement.

Excellent Property. Room was very nice. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Food is very good and decently priced. The parking space is in a steep incline which requires care. Overall, a wonderful experience. Looking forward to visit again with kids.

First of all, the place is not worthy for the price given the room I booked is a Glass room and it has very bad Restroom and the room quality is bad. food is also not much good. totally is not worthy for your money.

I booked an igloo room. Ambiance was good and location was mesmerizing but the bad thing is they lag in cleanliness i could find a rat producing rattling noise throughout the night

You have charged for 2 days. we are 4 people 3 adults plus 1 child of 15 years age. The room had one cot and two other people need to sleep in the bunker. There was no second cot as expected. There was no cup-board to keep our belonging. Also the room is too conjusted. The room size is 8 x 11 feet. Smallest dressing table with less than 5 feet height. It is not worth for the money. I would suggest a better and validated hotel or resort stay. Also it has a dangerous parking lot, only experienced professional drivers can manage to park. The entire resort has 11 rooms. Hence they can not provide a better dining experience. Only limited options. The entire resort is only less than 3 acres of land.
