Pathetic Resort. Don't waste money
Such a worst stay I have ever experienced. The landline extension is not working in the room. There is no mobile network signal inside the room but on the outside you will get 1 point signal. Whenever you required any room assistance you need to come out of your room and find mobile network and then make a phone call to the reception guy. Initially while checking in, the room was not good and the bed is completely occupied with small fly incets.When we asked to change the room the resort management was denied to change the room stating all the rooms were occupied and sent room boys to clean the room after 30 mins. In room TV is not working, in kitchen sink water will not flowing out. Kettle is completely dirty and not advisable even to touch it. During night the power was ON and OFF continuously and at 2 AM power went down completely. When I report the power issue to the resort management they were recklessly saying EB end power issue management is not responsible. They were not having power backup to the rooms. It was like a powerless and sweating stay for us in Yercaud. At morning water supply was cutoff for the entire rooms in the resort. Literally not even a single drop of water on the taps. Waited for the management action till 10 am but there is no visible action. Atlast most of the people were vacated the resort without taking bath. I don't recommend this resort for the families especially who were planning to stay with their kids. Please don't believe in the fake reviews.

Poor Stay
The room description on MakeMyTrip was misleading. It was advertised as a deluxe room with 2 king-size beds and AC, but we got a single king-size bed without AC. The room walls and doors were unclean. The food was okay.

Room was affordable and neat. The check in time was mentioned as 1 pm but we have reached there by 3 after we reached only they started to clean the room disappointed because of that. Other than that everything was very good even the food was also very good

1. Property is very poorly maintained 2. Zero safety: no mirrors on the corners of driveway for cars, one turn doesn’t have fence and chance of falling with car during misty nights. 3. Bugs, spiders, frogs, cockroaches are there in room and toilets 4. Room main switch key insert point broken and chance of getting electric shocks or even worse 4. Room and bathroom don’t have locks 5. Play area is there where works are staying, so that facility is not usable(table tennis, air hockey, carrom board, kids play area) 6. Heater is not effective, so only cold water available for bathing 7. Ups is not maintained, hence making noise over all very poor experience and looking for refund.

Good Stay
First of all kudos to all the staff over there. Allure very responsive polite and friendly. Next about stay we had a wonderful experience staying over there for a night. Rooms were very neat and luxurious one. Food was very good. Need to say about chef wonderful person. If we said something is not ok with the food immediately he is going back and working on our suggestion and bringing back the food we're expecting. Family and couple looking for calm and safe place to enjoy your vacation. I would prefer coastal grand french resort. Once again kudos to all the staff working over there.

The delux room what we book assuming the vila is cheating. There is no hill view from the delux room. Avoid booking. Later u left with no choice but to book the villa paying additional 2k they never reveal the real room they are offering from mmt. Seems mmt is not doing due diligence now a days

Awesome property but only one drawback. Improve food service. Otherwise a very calm property. Prepare food as per the menu. Not many varieties of food.

Don’t do this mistake like i did
I booked this place for the second time, in spite of having a bad experience the previous time. But in hopes that it could be a one off instance. If you are with family or friends this place is a sure no go. I was denied dinner and the reason they have stated is “we have to serve other guests”. Then who the hell am i? in room dining is a joke, you won’t get a water bottle or a plate even after waiting for 6hrs and following up. Just avoid this place. The toilet shooter didn’t work, the door was broken. There was no mat for the bathroom. But the room is spacious and has good parking lots. If these are not an issue to you. You can still go there.
