room what we booked is different were we stayed.

Customer service is not that great ! didn't get atleast coffee or snacks and food also received in timing and limited quantity and strict to the timing ?

It was very good. But parking was disappointing. No covered parking at all. But staff and stay were really good

My stay at shree mantra home was absolutely wonderful. The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting yercaud.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the room to be clean and comfortable, but there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The caretaker service was notably poor, and despite booking a room with breakfast included, i was informed upon check-in that breakfast would not be provided. Additionally, the wifi was only accessible in the reception area, which was inconvenient. The parking space was very limited, and the towels in the room were not replaced during my stay. Furthermore, the hot water heater was not functioning properly. Given these issues, i felt that the price i paid for the room was too high.

Location is good, almost only 5 mins to all sightseeing spots. Food is good, very homemade and freshly delivered. The caretaker is helpful.

The hotel is good and well maintained. Easy to access and near the lake. But, no food is available near the hotel. Bedsheets are in very bad condition and uncomfortable to use, otherwise all things are fine. It would be great if the property is cleaning from time to time.

Room stay good and comfort the property location easy to find out morning complement food and other food out side only but near by restaurant is there ok good

Enjoyed staying, felt like home and near to the lake

There wasn't any wifi nor tv connection even the water heater was also not working. For 3 hrs of early check-in they charged 2000 plus there wasn't any proper facility was near by. I would not recommend the stay for others especially for family

We were a group of 3 people, the place was more than sufficient. The place was well sanitized. No kitchen available and no proper parking space available. Apart from the 2 constraints it was an awesome place.

Pros: 1. Rooms were neat and clean 2. Few kilometers from the lake cons: 1. Bedspread and pillow covers were not washed 2. Caretaker was not bothered to help guests, such as enquiring about whether guests need tea/coffee, food for each time etc. 3. No additional facilities were provided, such as toiletries (soap, brush, paste) which is basic enough and which anyone would expect. 4. I stayed with my family and everyone felt it is too much money we paid for the hospitality we got in return from the owner/caretaker

Stay in this home is very nice. Naveen received well and provided tasty food with reasonable cost.

Worth stay for what you have paid

Resort was awesome !actually we gone as bachelors but some family members stayed there had an nice camp fire !and the important is the receptionist mr. Vinoth take care as a caring person and excellent service from him !overall good job !good location!good safe !good hospitality

The property was centrally located at Yercaud. The staffs were mannered but the service could have improved. The rooms were spacious and relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. I would recommend the property to others.

Stay was very nice, property owner was very helpful and well behaved. The location of the property was very nice and easily accessible. Property was clean, rooms were very comfortable, facilities were provided and the property was very much secured. Overall an awesome stay and must recommend property.

Stayed for one night with family, it had 2 bedroom and big 2 big bathrooms, wardrobe and spacious hall with sofa. The place was clean and had windows as well. Parking was safe. Only little drawback was that this location is not so clean, property inside is very clean. They do not have room service but there is a nice cafeteria just opposite to property. Only if they had a small kitchenette inside. Otherwise this place is value for money.

It was a pleasant stay and rooms were clean and tidy. Owner was very helpful.
