Sheratone at mount Abu very nice place …too good staff behaving service n room r also excellent food is also so good in taste all over nice place to stay

probably the best hotel in town . good room service, luxurious hotel, also atmosphere of hotel is very nice and the most important thing staff is very nice.

Reception manager rudlibehve and not satisfactions all safe next time not staying in hotel.

We stayed their for two days, we reached early in the morning and our check-in time was late but, hotel staff provided us one temporiry room which was also good for some time rather to keep waiting us in reception area and as soon as our room get ready they provide us our pre-booked deluxe room it was very good. Overall it was very good experience. Thanks and keep it up.

Service is poor. Tarrif is high in comparison to the facilities offered. No restaurant in the hotel. Food is available only as a room service and that too take lots of time.

We really enjoyed the hotel owners and staff hospitality and their eagerness to serve us, when ever we would return to the hotel the lobby attendant would come and ask us if we need anything, now days even five star hotels don't give such service as they have cut their staff and i did experience it myself. Finally i can can that the hotel is underrated. Fabulous experience

The rooms which we have choice was not as per that and rooms which was given was bad after one day stay I got the other room breakfast I have to beg for.

Bad experience. Room pictures shown while online booking is different than allotted ones. While booking hotel has only 1 category of room and after check-in room allotted were in really bad condition. Upon inquiring the same counter guy said the better rooms are of higher price and you have to pay more where as the rooms were booked only by checking online. In the morning when reached for breakfast, staff was clueless for complementary breakfast in package. Took more than 25 mins to decide what should they gave us. Service was absolutely slow and no proper answer were given by restaurant staff or hotel booking staff. Will definitely not recommend staying in this hotel.

In case of room. No dustbin, old normal television, furniture incomplete, tiles at bathroom break. Paint of wall poor. Totally terrible experience

Not good hotels room and not deluxe room only classic room.

Food was good and safe is very cooperative

This is the worst hotel I have experience. I have booked this hotel during my new year visit. When we reached there the owner showed us the room and it's too dirty no one can't even imagine. When we told this that we don't need this room he told us if you want better room you need to pay extra. We are four guys and at the time of check-in they have provided a room with 3 bed which are stinking and matresses are dirty with spots in them. Blankets are even very horrible completely torn. Never Visit.

Worst place not value for money. The rooms are third class category Don't go for it. Very expensive room. Location is good. Exterior is good but rooms are very old. TV is not working and quite old So don't go

Worst service and rooms Hotel was conjested, expensive according to money and facility! Will not stay there in my life !! Will not suggest to anybody !!! Not value for money !!! Staff was not cooperative

Very rude behaviour by the owners. Highly priced. Not recommended. Avoid booking here. Bad experience. They so not consider online bookings. MMT ... Do not list this hotel on your site if there is no contratct.
