No meaning to book this type of Guest House considering room rent.

Staff and owner is very cooperative. Help u in everything. At reasonable price luxury type stay. A must have stay location in Leh

The Guest house was good in appearance. The Guest house is managed by a family. The family of Dorjee is very cooperative. The Guest House is good value for money. The only shortcoming is that the Guest House is far from Main Market and in Leh walking a distance of 1 Kilometre could be very tiring at least on first two days of arrival. The hotel does not have any restaurant and food is cooked by family which is very organic and hygienic. The Guest House does not provide TV but WiFi is free at common room only. So if you want value for money and believe in organic food, the Guest house is very good option. However, if you want to enjoy spicy food you will have to walk a mile or order through telephone from restaurant which provides home delivery in Leh provided you are ready to pay delivery charges.

5 star excellent, very good hospitality. Great rooms, absolutely value for money. Wifi is an issue but it's not the problem of hotel/guest house. Service provider itself has the issue. Dharmendar is a boy there in staff and he is doing his job well. Go ahead with full confidence.

We visited from 5th October and stayed on for 2 days. I loved the Guest House on sight. It had a front yard full of multicolored flowers in bloom and a huge vegetable patch. The rooms were spacious and clean. And everybody made us feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks to Grandma for the wonderful lunch & dinner! And to Dharmender for managing everything in his cheerful way. The owners were super helpful and even allowed us to keep our bags with them, as we were travelling ahead on a bike and couldn't carry everything along. Definitely recommend it.

Nice place and accommodation .. The host is very well mannered and helpful. They can arrange trip plan for sightseeing ... Foods are also tasty .. Hot water available. During cold they arrange room heater ... Overall nice place for budget traveller

At last moment they migrate us to other property and told that some renovation is going on. The other hotel was not upto the mark, also there was no facility for hot water and separate TV. Food quality was also not good.

We like the stay at Shaolin Guest house. It is close to the Leh Market and aesthetics are very good. It was a pleasant stay with very supportive owner and staff. They have tried helping us with all aspects, going above and beyond their duties. They have also shown good flexibility and empathy. It was overall a great stay.

Mr.Dorjay and his family were really warm. It was a great pleasure to stay there. The food served in Ladakhi style is really good and so is the ambience. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting Ladakh!
