Pleasant stay with good service

The stay at Shantidham was really good.The weather was quite humid so we shifted to an AC room later in the day. While booking AC rooms are not listed so better to ask for it at reception. Mr. Satish and team took really good care of things and helped us in all possible ways for luggage and other stuff. Food is a plus plus here, better than most of the top rated cafes.

View is really good from the property but rooms are not in good condition.

Safe, Comfortable with an excellent view

The location of the property is on a cliff which provides excellent views of the sea. The room and washroom was clean. The staff were very polite. The only thing that should be improved is the cleanliness of the table and cupboard, as there was a layer of dust on it.

The stay was really a good experience and the location is right in front of OM beach, stunning wind’s and waves noise were awesome experience. Room and the ambiance were just average but the service and the foods we’re quite amazing.The staffs were so polite and always there to serve us. It will be a great experience especially for couples.

The place was great, hidden in the forrest full of birds, on a cliff. From there, Dolphins can be observed. The food was fresh and delicious. This quietness was possible because a 10 minutes walk is needed from the parking. Maybe the quality of the beds shoulb be reviewed.

I had been to shantidham 3 years ago with friends, i loved it so much and wanted to take my family. We visited last week and my family loved the place, the place is very calm and the view is unbeatable. We spotted dolphins from the dining area. Food was delicious and had so much variety. Kudos to the chef! overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely visit again!

Extremely beautiful cottages with gorgeous sea view! very calm, serene and private, as it is not easily accessible. There is a trek that you need to do to reach here. Mind you! be aware if the trek, it's not easy plus you have to carry your luggage as well, so carry light weight items. They will provide help to carry the luggage but just 1 person (may be 2) but for us they sent 1 guy and we had 4 bags so only 1 got picked by the helper guy, rest we carried. Food is simple yet very tasty. You should definitely stay here (ideal for backpackers with great stamina to trek)

Rooms & balcony is small & compact. South Indian breakfast or food not available. Reaching there at night is difficult as there are no lights till the resort. Need to trek for 10 mins to reach which is good if your fit. Location is great! Right infront of the beach. Need to improve on customer service & greeting the customer...

It's an amazing place, must visit for beach lovers. A bit far from main city but you will not feel anything missing.

Cottage is very nice and it has a sea view. Owner and staff are very helpful. You need to trek for 10 min to reach cottage but it’s worth it.
