The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished — no complaints there. However, the washroom was a major letdown. The water pressure was weak, the flush wasn’t working properly, and there was a persistent bad smell that made it hard to use the space comfortably. On top of that, the lift (elevator) wasn’t working during my entire stay. This was extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage and for anyone who has mobility issues. No clear communication or apology from the staff either, which made the situation more frustrating. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the owner, Gaurav. He clearly only focused on guests who were spending money on drinks or extras, completely ignoring others. It felt like if you weren’t running up a tab, your concerns didn’t matter. I saw him personally catering to those who ordered drinks, while the rest of us were left waiting for even basic service. It was obvious he was trying to squeeze extra money from those customers. This kind of biased and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re planning to drink — and overpay — your way to decent treatment. This place is definitely not family-friendly, and I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful environment. Avoid unless you have no other option.
