The pictures and the actual place look completely different. • The menu shows many options, but only 2–3 items are actually available. • The “lake view room” barely has a view—you’d need binoculars to see the lake. • Electricity was cut almost the entire time. • The flush wasn’t working. • Bathroom taps were leaking continuously. • Bed sheets were torn. • The bed was very uncomfortable—the mattresses were smaller than the bed frame, leaving a huge gap in between while sleeping.

Had a nice experience staying here with my mom. Reaching the location takes a bit of a walk, you can take an auto as well. The place is beautiful. Nice view of the city and the lake from the 3rd and 4th floor. Amrai ghat is 100 meter from here. Amrai heritage restaurant is 100 meter as well. The host is nice and helpful. We booked a standard room, which didn't have a mirror, but on mentioning it, the manager immediately sent a mirror to the room. He gave us good recommendations about places to visit in the city, on asking. He also helped us rent a scooty. Overall 10/10.
