Review Of Sentinel Beach Villa

The location of the property is beautiful and the property itself. It is horribly maintained. Has a stink of pee as you walk in. Rooms and bathroom in a horrible state. Stinky and stuffy rooms with undusted beds, and moderately cleaned linen. Not worth for it money at all. Most importantly when i called the host after confirming the booking (right after making it, he informs me he doesn't allow bookings from mm t (while the booking says no refunds. Then he calls back and explains he will allow it this one time. Explains that he doesn't take bookings anymore coz he expects more more for the place. In the current state it is in, i wouldn't recommend anyone paying the money i already paid. Surprising he wants more. I guess because of the location this place is sought after. Please be wary of booking here.

The place is very lowest maintained. First impression - its a very tiny place which can be easily missed! the location on map is wrong! there was no one to give the keys, had to wait for 10 minutes and give innumerable calls. The person whose contact number is given, doesn’t bother to call back if he got a missed call! the moment you enter, the villa welcomes you with the stink that you would never forget! the main room is having seepages! and so also are the bed rooms! the bathroom is pathetic. Bring your own toiletries. And the pungent odour in the rest room, you would never forget! spider, spider webs, cockroaches, very big ants and all sorts of bugs! the doors are kind of small. Was difficult for us to enter. We having kinda average indian height. The moment you open the front gate - there is the sea! its also visible from the terrace. So yeah, the location is the greatest plus point for now. Maintenance is key. If it would had been maintained well, it would had been a lovely place though. Oh almost forgot to mention, we called the same number to ask for someone who could clean the rooms once. He send a housekeeping lady. And she later asked us for money to eat food! how worse can it get. And, there was no one to collect the keys at checkout too. Had been calling the caretaker since more than an hour but his number was busy. Had to deposit the keys at the neighbours and leave.

A very bad place to stay and not at all worth the money. The list is long and i hope the owner makes the place live-able for family. Basic amenities are missing. Only the outside view of the house is good but inside the house nothing is good. Worst experience 1. The bead-spreads are not clean and asked to change it again. They said it’s laundry issue 2. None of the acs are working 3. Second room is like a dungeon. No air ventilation at all. People will suffocate if they sleep in that room 4. No door mats at all 5. Very bad smell inside the house. Felt like it was never opened months together 6. Inside bathroom has no ventilation and we see spider webs all over. Its not cleaned at all 7. Water leaks from all the tap in bathroom if we open one tap 8. Geyser is useless it doesn’t work 9. There is a old tv but no battery in remote 10. We saw a router but no information regarding how to connect it 11. There is kitchen with gas and vessels but basic need is drinking water which was not provided. When asked for it they said they will but they never did. We had to buy bottled drinking water from outside 12. Floor of the rooms are all cracked with patches and there is mud all over the room
