Smelly room. Has to call for a room freshener on checking in. Terrible bathroom. Leaking shower cubicle, non functional shower . Never again

Terrible Stay
They allotted a pathetic room to me with smell and a barricade wall view. And they tell me that entire hotel is sold out and this is the only room available. Also tea supplies in the room were inadequate When I called them they sent 3 sachets of coffee. I called then again TV does not have English channels. Finally I had given up so Pathetic experience

The Room was smelling. There was dampness in the room. The drainage was not working. No hand towels in the room. In The Breakfast the plates were wet. The dishes were empty and not being refilled. No efforts were made by the team concerned to take corrective actions

what was good location room up keep what was pathetic grossly understaffed and hence TAT of room service is very poor. front desk staff are grossly casual in their approach. be careful while you check out regarding supporting bills..they casually give you the final bill along with supportings leaving out the crucial vouchers food quality is ok

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite the positive reviews online, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was not properly cleaned and the bedsheets looked used, there was dust on the furniture, and the bathroom had a foul odor. The staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested in serving customers. For the price charged, I expected a far better standard of cleanliness, service, and professionalism. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Amazing Stay at Sarovar Portico . Well maintained and Peaceful place.
It was clean and good and food was also amazing. Had a very comfortable stay. I will visit again for sure. I came for work and i had no issues in searching hotel and we have good malls and eating places also near by which one can visit and come hotel on time.
