Why is my mom getting these messages on whatsApp. This is not nagesh. Pls verify. Looks like nagesh is misusing someone else number

From the moment I went and saw the room the experience was far below expectations. No AC, No Window Door Lock, Unclean Room, Bad Smell, No TV, non-functional amenities, Inside room Insect's ,rude staff, No responses from Reception. Photos of the reception and rooms are attached for your reference. This lack of professionalism and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Immediately we went out and not even checked in. In mylife time such a very worst hotel I never even heard. I have raised the complaint to your customer care number, they said to wait 10mins. For your customer care member iteslf also unable to reach the property owner, that much very worst. Please refund the fund immediately to my account back.

Good & comfortable stay. Good staff and quick service. value for money. Close to the bus stand so can travel anywhere

Over all ok

The hotel was new and well maintained the rooms were clean but the rooms service was slow. The bathroom did not have supply of hot water. However in the vicinity one of the hotels with basic facilities
