Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Room Stay Service Dear Sanman Regicency, Karkala I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction on 16.05.2025. From the moment I went and saw the room the experience was far below expectations. No AC, No Window Door Lock, Unclean Room, Bad Smell, No TV, non-functional amenities, Inside room Insect's ,rude staff, No responses from Reception. Photos of the reception and rooms are attached for your reference. This lack of professionalism and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Immediately we went out and not even checked in. In mylife time such a very worst hotel I never even heard. I have raised the complaint to your customer care number, they said to wait 10mins. For your customer care member iteslf also unable to reach the property owner, that much very worst. Please refund the fund immediately to my account back.
