Review Of Samruddhi and Shri Inn

It was the worst hotel ever seen. Room is too much dirty, bathroom is in worst. I am not sure how do make my team included in their application causing doubt in mind of MMT user to trust on hotels available in this application. I would suggest never ever try this hotel

First update the location of Hotel. In Make my trip app the hotel direction is near to Shaniwar Wada but the actual location is Bhilarewadi which is approx 24 KM. From Shaniwar Wada and outskirts of Pune, near Katraj. Secondly the area was remote and the hotel environment is very poor. Mostly couples are there who used this hotel for one night stand. Room conditions are very poor and services are not up to mark. We are 4 friends stayed there for one night but it's very bad experience for us. But

It is my worst experience of hotel stay. They didn't keep the room ready even it is booked in advance. The rooms were so dirty and keep smiling dirty. The plates of the meal taken by the earlier quest were not even removed from the room. The TV set were not working even and the staff and management were not bothered even. All above issues forced me to check out from hotel early in morning at 5-5:30 before the check out time. They didn't even complete the check out facilities. They lock the hotel from during night with there staff into deep sleep inside hotel at some un accessible place. No one at reception. It means if any emergency arises to guests during night there will not be any one to listen to you.

Was unable to be there even for 2hours it was so untidy, not at all possible for any person to be there. The room was not cleaned for how many days don't know, the bed cover was full of hairs. Bathroom totally messy, full of used personal things, no flush nothing. Totally wasted 3749INR. Even didn't get any help from MMT. Highly disappointed with the hotel and MMT as well. Please don't opt for the hotel. And advance payment is the biggest problem here, here you will never get back your money. No lift, no light nothing, the worst hotel in Pune I think. H ow MMT can keep such a hotel in there site, really didn't understand at all ., and the overall harassment unbearable, no phn, no attendant. Even you wl don't get any kind of network over that place, communcation totally breakdown, starting from transport to phone connection. Better to remove the hotel from site so that nobody face the harassment what I have faced in last few days

Very bad hotel and no clearance and no clearance and no room service. Money waste and don't take anybody and service also very bad and time sens also not have and we suggest don't take these hotel and wasted of money
