Food is not good nor their restaurant staff very bad experience don’t recommend their restaurant while stay .

Overall Stay was good - They Should keep Coffee Sachet kit & Shaving kit by their own - These are very basic stuff

it's very upset behavior from the staff of night ....it was my second trip in that hotel ... but they was creating unnecessary dramatic environment...

Hotel location is very easy approachable near sirmour chowk, room was spacious, bathroom clean , room service is very good. Enjoyed stay in this hotel. Overall rating very good.

Rooms are big and fine, they are worth max 2k. Its not an independent hotel but is inside a mall with no balcony

excellent service Staff behavior is very good. Room services are amazing. Location of hotel very good. Best place for family stay. Hotel provide buffet breakfast with Good taste. In the hotel location you can enjoy movie also because there is movie hall for everyone. Hotel staff are good with kids. I will give 10 rating out of 10. Free and safe car parking for hotel guests. Overall excellent stay. 👍👍

my experience was not good. the room was not clean, loud dj music from the banquet on the same floor disturbed my sleep, and there was an electricity issue at night. also, no one was present at the reception during checkout.

service experience is very poor at the time in stay house keeping not cooperating in call to help and not satisfied to stay .varry bed service provide check in time 2 hour waiting in lobby and no offer given to drink water in hotel lobby

in Room food delivery takes 40-45 minute AC not cooling Water bottel is chargable 30 rupees overall not a good place to stay
