The hotel is good and located at city center. However limited parking space and inflexible checkout rules are concerns.

Rooms are good but,doormate,boiling water cann,water bottle complimentary,soaps,hot water for shower was not available and we have a small child,while travelling we have booked hotel for 5 peoples but by mistake by our child interruption we have booked for 3 person 2 rooms,they charge extra ₹800 for additional for 2 person

terrible stay, Washroom door lock was not there, cockroaches were roaming around. Arrogant behaviour of attendent.

Ive booked the room in MMT after reaching the property they said no rooms available and said he had cancelled the booking,money will be refunded.Its been 1 month i havent reveived money and hes not even responding my calls.

denied check in. refund my amount the staff called and said we have cancelled the booking even after I booked the room paid for the room, they denied check in.

The rooms were clean and staff was also courteous . The only problem is the food was not good in the kitchen but luckily you have an Indian Coffee House just below the hotel to take care of your taste buds.

There are lot of cockroaches inside the room. Bed is not right could not sleep in night. Lot of noise around room. Also pantry boy running load music early morning.

Hi we stayed here 2 days. Rooms are ok &clean. Brakefast is complimentary told but charged telling limited 1 plate per person. Its better to keep buffet brakefast. 1 day we not had breakfast there. 2nd day we had. Water also charged. Towels are not clean. Breakfast server very late took 1 hr after our order.

Good location, friendly staff. Extremely poor bathroom, no water pressure, no hot water, no tea - coffee arrangement, not even complimentary water bottle, almost fully damaged mattresses, pillows not good. Fallen health faucet without a bracket, mug without a handle. In short, no attention to room.

Great taste of food and hospitality is top notch. Every staff has a welcoming nature and smile on their face at every time.

The hotel service not upto the mark, breakfast should had been complimentary but after having breakfast they informed us any one item was complimentary so had to pay extra where the price was very high. Room had lot of mosquitoes and not hot water in evening

It was ok, shower was not working. Geyser was run on demand and i had to wait for it. Room service was slow.

No buffet breakfast service on room only 1-2 meal. Room are very small. Packed water not provide ro water gave. Not value for money low budget hotel.

Late response by the receptionist, once you call he will not give any answer and when you go to near reception his answer is no this is not possible. The hot water didn't come and after 30 min i got hot water from the other room. This was a very bad experience

I found this hotel on my way from mp to varanasi and wanted to check it out looking at the list of its amenities. I don't want to sound negative but sadly, the unethical way of pulling customers left a negative impact on my mind. Location: its on a heavily crowded city road - the hotel is a part of a building where you can find many other shops. Parking: on the other side of the road with no one to guard the open space. Spa: none. Lounge: none. I added money for breakfast while booking the room on mm t but they deny giving me even a bottle of water without extra payment, forget breakfast! room: quite good in this budget. Service: good. Boys are really active. Food: bought nonveg items and it was good. Overall, if you want to spend a night without having any great expectations you may think about this place.
