I booked a twin bed room the room was very old and was not so clean cleanliness was a major point it seemed like a govt rest house mire than a hotel bathroom was untidy there was no handwash available taps were not working fine and in morning there were not so kuch option on beeakfast as it was alacarte not buffet

Poor Stay

washroom hygiene was poor. I have booked for five person and they told me for booking of four person only. Room AC was not working properly and minimum essential material like soap etc were not supplied in one of two room.

Terrible Stay

Had booked a suite room in April 2025, but the AC wasn't working. Had to report this multiple times but still no resolution was found. When we finally asked the manager named "Mr. Diwedi" to provide us with an alternate suite room he downgraded us to a normal room. When we asked either to refund the difference amount between normal room and suite room or to provide alternative suite room he mishaved and used inappropriate words. When we were about to report the manager to higher authority after which, he provided an alternate suite room. The overall process took more than 8 hours after checking in.

Nice Infrastructure, Nice Service, Nice Taste,Awesome Experience in Government Hotel. Good Service, Staffs is Polite & Cooperative, Manger Mr.M P Dwivedi helped us to reach the hotel from Rewa Airport by providing local travel agent contact number because currently there are no Ola or Uber services working there . REWA is very good. Place ,very nice experience in Our Family Tour, but hard water is coming in wash room and sometimes smells like nala coming by windows so need to closed them is good idea 💡 😀 😄 👍

Room was good, no problem there. But, terrible experience at breakfast. Food was not good. Service was bad. Limited variety of food items. Taste of sambhar idli was terrible. Poha and puri sabji didn't taste good either.
