Hello Sir - Rooms are same what you see in pics. It's not necessary photos for all the rooms are available here, but almost every room looks similar and has the same facilities. There could be instances where we need maintenance which we will check and get it rectified.
Average Stay
Maintain the room and bathroom base of rent of room. Food tast is best.

Excellent Stay
The service and the food was great in the hotel mayank. And the location is also the nearest to the railway station road. The room was so clean maintain and big. The restaurant services is also good.

Poor facilities
I wonder how this hotel was given a high ranking. My stay was not at all good. There were several issues with the hotel some of which have been provided below: 1. The breakfast included in the bill was improper. Buffet arrangement for breakfast was non-existent. Only a single item was provided per person in the breakfast, the second item was charged. 2. No arrangement of making tea (electric kettle, tea bags or milk) was available in the room. 3. Intercom was non-functional in room number 304 where i stayed. 4. The bathroom had leakage at 2 points.

Apologies for inconvenience caused. We will definitely look into highlighted areas and get it rectified. As we internally checked, 2 items per persons and 1Tea/coffee has been provided in breakfast and not other additional amount has been charged from guest. Additionally, we checked for intercom, it's working, may be wire was not properly connected.

Location, amenities
Located very near to rewa railway station, on the main road. Very approachable. The hotel has good facilities and is certainly value for money. Staff is very prompt and responsive.
