Property denied for checkin. As checkin happened at 8am. No discount needed. Wants full refund of payment as stay was not allowed by hotel

Average Stay
Hotel is good but ac not working in royal deluxe room my room will replace but bed quality and sheets were not clean also 2 beds room will allotted i have booked single bed room.

Best hotel and restaurant
soloProperty location near railway station. Rooom are perfect cleaned good wifi and charging points, mattresses are superb clean. Hygiene food in restaurant at better cost.

Clean and almost new
groupRooms are clean, mattresses and linen are quite good quality. Staff is helpful. Best to carry your toiletries. Ac works well but is very noisy.

First look
It was good and exact same as shown in the pictures. The staff were good and well mannered. At my stay time wifi is not working properly. Food quality was very good and that is most liked part of the stay.

Worth worthful stay
businessVery good hotel. Though in first stay there was an issue of breakfast but in second stay it was good. My suggestion is to increase the number of items in complimentary breakfast. Overall it is a good hotel and can be recommended to stay others. J k verma konark
