I had a very disappointing stay at this property for 4 days. โข Outside Food Issue: There was a board saying outside food is not allowed, which I missed reading. I had already ordered food, and when I went to pick up the parcel, the staff rudely told me, โThat is your problem, do whatever you want.โ Instead of politely explaining, their behavior was unprofessional. โข Staff Behavior: Two employees in particular (one bald, the other I couldnโt identify by name) were extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Their attitude alone reflects poorly on the overall hospitality of this hotel. โข Cleanliness & Hygiene: โข I saw large rats roaming near the breakfast lounge and around the kitchen area (on the tandoor bhatti itself). This raises serious questions about food hygiene and safety. โข On the second day, when I requested room cleaning, the cleaning manager himself said, โNo need to clean the bed, it looks fine,โ and simply skipped it. This is unacceptable for any hotel. โข Privacy Issues: Staff would randomly ring the doorbell at odd hours for unnecessary reasons, disturbing guestsโ privacy. Final Note This was one of the worst hotel experiences Iโve had. The rude staff, unhygienic environment, and lack of professionalism completely ruined the stay. I strongly urge MPT management to take strict action against such employees and improve basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Bad hospitality
Reception staff very rude. I ordered food from outside without knowing that outside food isnt allowed. Was not allowed to bring it inside. Next morning found insects in their food.

In my room I stayed with mosquitos ๐ฆ. even after asking they have done nothing. Now I am suffering from fiver.

Excellent Stay
Excellent location, near to railway station with very hospitable staff, nice parking area. Food was excellent, rooms provided with room heater as well. Staff was very courteous.

Very good stay and breakfast

familyThe rooms were nice but it was quite noisy outside because on the ground floor they have utensils washing area and noise was continuously coming from outside which was an issue during night time. Food quality was okay but yeah expensive as in common.
