Very polite and helpful staff. Food, we preferred veg without garlic and onion and were served very good option. Neat, clean, courteous. The only issue is the door gets double locked (have no clue does that mean) due to which we got locked out of the room multiple times.

It was a fantastic experience with everyone in the property being helpful. Mr Manish Chaurasia in the dining room took special care of us with every food order. I came back to the property after 1996 - 30 years and was thrilled to see everything being spil and span. Thank you very much everyone at Ramada. Food was outstanding and so were the rooms 1. Food was excellent. Mr Manish Chaurasia in the dining room took special care for the food requirements and arranged to serve exactly what we needed every time . Appreciate the efforts 2. I travelled to this property after 30 years and it was a great homecoming 3. rooms were immaculate and housekeeping staff helped us with all the tea and coffee we wanted 4. aircons were working well 5. location is soot on 6. the staff were very helpful Thanks very much. My experience was terrible in Ramada. I received a call from someone in the bathroom after taking shower and he said something very bad. also I demanded to change the room, they changed the room but it was very bad... lights were not working , ac was not working. taps were not working, tv was not working. also some of the staffs were very impolite

Good Place to stay. Rooms were very good and the interiors were designed very tastefully. Washrooms were neat. Food was alright and needs a little improvement. The buffet dinner was priced reasonably. Swimming Pool was good, but the gardens were not well kept.

Our stay at Ramada was simply awesome. The hotel is clean, rooms are big, pool functional and the temples are quite close. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Deepika at the reception who carried out her duties with an ever smiling face. The pool was functional, breakfast buffet was quite extensive and food was awesome.
