Syna Heritage Hotel

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unpleasant experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. At exactly 11:00 AM on the day of checkout, the hotel staff began knocking persistently on our door, insisting that we check out immediately. This happened while my children were still in the bathroom, which made the situation very uncomfortable and distressing for us. Such behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards guests. It is common courtesy for hotels to allow a brief grace period for checkout, or at least to make polite contact through a phone call rather than repeatedly knocking on the door. This incident left us with a very negative impression of the hotel’s service standards. I strongly urge the management to address this matter seriously and ensure proper staff training to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Given this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone who expects respectful and considerate service. 1

Value for money along with very nice services as compared to costly big hotels. Closer to western group of temples

Rooms were shabby and smelly. Toilet was poorly equipped with no separate shower area. Overall hotel was shabby and smelly. Hardly worth the amount they charge

Syna heritage is a very beautiful property, located near western group of temples, just 5 mins walk. The staff is very cooperative and the restaurant serves delicious food. Overall experience is best and highly recommended to all.

Not worth the price. Property looks good but poorly maintained. Dinner service was disappointing – they even served rotten tomatoes in salad. Ambience is below star-category standard.

The experience was above average! The property is beautiful but food and complimentary breakfast lacked taste! Staff is good and friendly and the room is also spacious and contains all amenities and kita that is required!

No hot water in honey moon suite room, i waste my rupees ,staff send hot water from bucket ,its too teribble
