Dakghar 606

Location was excellent, mins from temples. Good clean spacious accommodation. Staff are very customer focused and will go that extra mile 24/7. Overall a very pleasant and unmatched experience.

They show that they’re providing us a balcony room with the view of a lake but instead they provided us a room with a size window with no full coverage of curtains in front of bed and view of a parking lot. And when we inquired, they said they show the best room but that does not mean that they’ll provide us the room showed. Highly disappointed. And food prices were sky rocketed. Toilet seat was tilted. No warm water. When we asked they said they’ll provide warm water in a bucket. No hallway lightings at night. Only one plus point which is the walking distance to the western group of temples. Otherwise very poor.

location is excellent.. just opposite to lake.. spacious and clean room... tv and kitchen is not there which can be an issue for few.. however if u order then they will arrange within a span of two hrs.. staffs are very helpful..

We stayed for 1 day only but the ambience and facility was very satisfying. Location is so pretty and rooms are also spacious with charming front view. Enjoyed a lot.

My stay at Dakghar 606 exceeded my expectations. The interiors of the property are decorated with great attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. There is a seating area with plants and various handicrafts and other knick-knacks which create a positive vibe and it was great to relax there after a day of sightseeing. The staff was always very attentive to my needs and cooperative. They do not have an a la carte restaurant which might be a negative for some. Guests need to order in advance (a few hours should do) and the food is freshly prepared. Toiletries are also provided. The room was spacious and spic n span at check in. I wanted to amend my booking but was not able to do it through MMT due to a glitch but Ms. Yashaswini (who is the owner) helped me out. I will surely stay here again.

Dakghar 606 is situated at prime location of khajuraho, just a few minute walking distance from khajuraho western group of temples entry gate. Staff are extremely cooperative and their behaviour was excellent. Room was spacious and decoravie. I highly recommend to take this property for your khajuraho visit.

It was certainly a good property with impressive aesthetics. However, it has some serious shortcomings too. It doesn't seem to have a functional restaurant, which is understandable, but they can have a small working pantry instead with reasonably priced snacks. Dakghar is so pretentious that it doesn't have a mirror in its rooms, not even inside the cupboard. It also doesn't have a tv in the rooms which is a welcome thing for me but you should know. And please do provide a bathing stool in your bathrooms, it's a must. But i must add that its aesthetics and cleanliness is so impressive that we would like to stay here once again whenever we visit khajuraho again.

The dakghar 606 was a pleasant surprise. We absolutely loved the property. It is located on a prime spot. The entrace to the western group of temples is just 15 mins walking, and the bazaar with cafes and restaurants is also just a 5 mins walk away. The room was quite spacious and clean. All the amenities necessary were provided. The staff was extremely courteous and polite. We had booked the balcony room which was perfect and had a view of the lake. The room was well priced and would highly recommend it to everyone. The only drawback is the food, which is not very good, but otherwise its a great property!

I had a very pleasant stay at dakghar. The room was tidy and spacious. Ample car parking. Staff was very polite and prompt. The owner is a warm person and very helpful. She arranged a safari trip for panna national park. Getting a ride wasn't easy thing in the last minutes. It was very cold early in the morning in the national park. The staff gave us extra blankets for the visit to the park. A big thanks to the owner and the staff. Had an amazing experience. Would love to visit again for sure. Highly recommend this place.

Dhakghar ambience is really good but there is problem, lot if party people are normally allowed to make noice during night time which causes chaos

The hotel is absolutely perfect and very clean. Rooms are big, bed extra confort, clean, staff very kind, position perfect next to main temple and there is a charming rooftop facing the lake where having breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful property, with great location (2min away from the khajuraho western group of temples) and very courteous stuff. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. There were also 2 common areas on ground floor and first floor which are ideal for just chilling for a bit. Enjoyed the stay here and will strongly recommend to anyone.
