The service was below expectations. It often took too long to get simple things done, and the staff seemed disorganized. Improvement is definitely needed. staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in helping. I didn’t feel very welcomed, which affected the overall experience negatively, Poor management reflects in every aspect of this property. From delayed services to untrained staff, it’s clear the leadership needs to improve.also lift is not working

Extreme y horrible experience during the 3 nights stay. Hotel receptionist is non-chalant towards customer. Room was dirty and bathroom was smelly. Even basics like drinking water was not provided. Avoid this catastrophe.

No water was there in the middle of the night for flush or bath. Also current was going frequently, no one attended the call late night or early morning

They serve stale food, if you ask any thali. I couldn't sleep whole night due to stomach pain and acidity.

They served stale food in dinner. I complained with them but they didn't take any action. I felt ill due to that food and whole night couldn't sleep.

This hotel location also very good. You can have pure veg food. Staff also very good. I like stay here overnight. Mata shri sharda devi temple is around 40 kms in mahiar.

Rooms are neat and clean, Good Room Service, very cooperative Staff, Good breakfast and Dinner Foods are excellent and testy.

It was good will explore more next time they was insisting for photo id for all family members
