familyI regret booking this hotel. From the moment i arrived, everything was disappointing. Room condition: the room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and an awful smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. Bathroom disaster: the shower barely worked, water pressure was terrible, and there was mold in the corners. No towels. Customer service: the staff was rude and unhelpful. When i reported issues, they ignored me or made excuses. Noise & safety: the walls were paper-thin, and i could hear people yelling all night. I didn’t feel safe staying here. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Sorry
