Review Of Hotel SunShine & Resort

Only outside view is good. Not a single waiter is there, only one manager and watchman both are running this hotel. Very poor services. Actually this is not a hotel . This is marriage lawn with rooms. Very bad experience. Kumbh ka fayda utha rahe hai . Lift is not working

The location is 5 km away from satna station. The resort is peaceful, neat & clean. Food is tasty. Overall a good stay.

Bad experience. Room environment & fragrance very bad. They will not give a single glass of water. & breakfast is also very bad experience. While expensive room charges.

A/c not proper working and service is good i am first time staying this hotel, hotel staff behaviour is good

We stayed here for 3 hours only while paid for whole day manager not allowed our 7 year old child to enter the room. So we left this hotel then and there. We travel-led all the way from delhi to attend the marriage and we left on the road and booked another hotel after hai misbehaving.

If you wanna stay in satna, want to have great stay, food hygiene, then just go for it, special thanx to surendra ji, he is the gem of the hotel. You will not find a manager like him, he well treated us always listened to our requirements and treated us like a family member ! food quality is also a top notch ! and outside view from room makes this hotel special ! atlas t it's my honest opinion, that you can't find hotel like sun shine in satna !

Little outer but peaceful, far from City crowd. Environment is good, a nice open lawn. I'll suggest it for a must stay if pocket allows

Only look wise it's better rest all service are worst like on invoice mentioning picture and drop but they are not providing and water not coming from tap it's chocked house keeping giving water by bucket and room bedsheets are not cleaned breakfast quality was also not good

Service is so good and location is so nice

Jet spray was not working and cleanness was not up to the mark and I ordered tea it takes 30 min to served.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and no one spoke English. Plus, I had to argue for my TV and A/C remotes, despite booking an air conditioned room. Lastly, the room was filled with mosquitoes, so I could barely sleep. The only bearable part was that my stay was for only 12 hours.

It was nice stay . Perfect with location wise but there is only thing which is missing that is food, all things comes from outside, request to hotel management to look in this matter so that we enjoy food at same place .

Room was spacious and well equipped, bathroom was large, good room service. Good outside view of large plot. Only problem is it's location outside Santa. Where we don't get any transport to reach. Otherwise overall hotel is fine.
