Getting to the hotel is a task, road is terrible and they don't provide transport. They lack basic amenities like tv and other services. If you've applied for a coupon code then they'll compromise in the services provided.

Um a resort's staff is very much polite and great positive attitude towards customer. Specially the staff present at front office named priyanka ma'am is very good at her service and always try to meet customers expectations and offers good room prices. Great help received from her.

Yesterday night i am in um a resort satna in photos property looks very beautiful. But when i was reached the location it's disappointing me also the front desk of so called resort is unprofessional as well as rude. The room is like i get in community dhramshalla i highly recommend people to don't go there totally waste of your hard earned money.

Amazing stay

The place is very open space, its peace all around. Very good place the staff is very supporting and the main thing is the food. We had our lumch and dinner there at um a resort, the food was tasty and the ambience is nice. Only dislike is that it is little inside of the main road but you can go by personal vehicle.
