The door locks were not in good condition and all the staff were not so professional, food was okay but overly priced, the resort does not compensate for what it charges. Better to opt for other hotels.

Make my trip is fro d company i have my booking and his not chekin in room. Hotel management and make my trip both is fro d i will send legal notice make my trip and hotel management because i have allrady booked the room and mmt and hotel management says booking is wrong some system fault and you get booking not given properly answer given by mmt and hotel management

Getting to the hotel is a task, road is terrible and they don't provide transport. They lack basic amenities like tv and other services. If you've applied for a coupon code then they'll compromise in the services provided.

Um a resort's staff is very much polite and great positive attitude towards customer. Specially the staff present at front office named priyanka ma'am is very good at her service and always try to meet customers expectations and offers good room prices. Great help received from her.

familyThey will degrade you room without information and give you stupid reasons that both room are side by side that's why not give you water you have to ask for every thing when i asked for powder milk they given me in a phuch refill from something else bathroom stuff you have to ask and many more.

Availability of budgeted ac room for three family members
Available grass lawn like football ground, comfortable bed ( not too soft. Entry road is not upto the mark during rainy season.

Horrible
Yesterday night i am in um a resort satna in photos property looks very beautiful. But when i was reached the location it's disappointing me also the front desk of so called resort is unprofessional as well as rude. The room is like i get in community dhramshalla i highly recommend people to don't go there totally waste of your hard earned money.

Amazing stay
The place is very open space, its peace all around. Very good place the staff is very supporting and the main thing is the food. We had our lumch and dinner there at um a resort, the food was tasty and the ambience is nice. Only dislike is that it is little inside of the main road but you can go by personal vehicle.
