Absolutely worst experience after the booking when you reach the hotel they ask for more money and say the rooms are not available please don’t go there

Worst trip in history. The hotel bela residency staff owner and their staff are so violent. They’re having no manner; poor in every circumstances. I trust mm t for your services and i will keep trusting but this place is totally nightmare. You need to remove this place forever from your application. Never book rooms here. I paid them rs. 1955 when u reach there, they ask for more money. They will show u that they got 1550 rest are the taxes that make my trip takes & also they also tell u to more 1000rs after that they will provide u keys. Very thanks to mm t agent komal mam their behaviour is soo nice, a very thanks to here and mmt, you should need to remove this stupid hotel from your application. Worst in every cases.

Very bad hotel extra charge demand and very bad hotel service and totally fraud hotel staff unbehave

The room was full with mosquitoes which was very annoying, it was overly priced as compared to similar properties in the city. Check out experience with the male receptionist was very rude as well. Overall didn't liked the experience.
