Faulty service denied my check in

It's makemytrip fault for not updating that the hotels lists correctly. I had booked 3 rooms for feb 15 to feb 16 of 2025 and paid for them unknowingly that the hotel had cut ties with makemytrip platform. Till this date i had not received my refund. They keep saying you will receive it in another 7 working days

Service is very poor, rooms were very dirty and customer support was very poor when ordering Side by Side to eat, it did not See dirty service till date, please never book it, just limited to what you wrote in the application yes, there is no staff support, there was no provision of soap, towels, blankets, dirty service

Very bad experience there is nothing like cleaning & room is also in worst condition. Bathroom is also in very bad condition, only one thing is good the location is near to the temple. This is the first only thing which you consider except this nothing is good
