Look for better option. Hotel Vrindhavan is not a penny worth. Completely dissatisfied

groupOne of the worst stays of my life. Rooms had cockroaches, toilet had broken jet. Used mug instead. Promised to change room but it never happened. We had to inform staff to start the water supply. It took 7 hours for hotel to provide us towel and bathroom soap. No attendees to service. Breakfast service was poor. Only Aalo Parantha and Chai and that too with pathetic service. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Go for better option at this rate.

Rooms food are good but one thing change my review from excellent to average. Breakfast not provided till 9 in the morning even they are not providing tea, there reason chef has not come so we are not able to provide breakfast which is inclusive in our plan. So we left without breakfast as I am with my family this is not good. Room food are good but this non professional behavior is not good.

The manager Mr. RP Singh is very cooperative. All staff well behaved. Great service. Very good food (although slightly expensive). Neat and clean rooms. Tastefully built hotel. Location is superb as it is well connected and also main market at walking distance. Loved my stay.
