Though it's a nice & comfortable place, but owner was annoyed when was asked for Iron, hot water kettle. Instead of saying that it is not available as facility she said that it is not a five star hotel. Upset with the approach of owner.

Very nice, and friendly atmosphere. Car parking, and rooms are clean and higine. Bathroom very nice. So all is very nice

Sinq party hotel is a perfect place for staycation and lots of amenities to offer. A nice cozy party room with english breakfast buffet. The room has speakers, tv, mini bar, kettle with coffee and tea premix. Booking sinq party hotel gives you access to sinq night club, jaccuzzi and infinity pool of sinq prive. Pool side cabanas and shacks to chill in the hotel premises itself. Note: as the sinq night club operates till 3 am, the pool side room and pool side party cottages attracts sound from the adjacent club. Tip: if you need silent rooms then go for forest view rooms.

My stay at sai guru guest house

My stay at sai guru guest house was terrible. Tv is not working, ac is not working. Forget tv atleast we require ac to survive and that also the boy who is in charge was making excuses saying wait for sometime the cooling will come but for the whole two days we had no choice but to bare with the heat. We then requested him to change our room and give us a better room, because we had paid for the ac. That also he didn't provide, and we had to keep on begging him for everything. And, now we are still staying in the same room where no ac is working. Even for the room service cleaning we have to force them to come to clean. And they don't come on their own to clean.

As for the room cleanliness, please note that our housekeeping team was instructed to clean your room daily, including changing the bed linens as part of our standard service. It's a great location. Food and market is available near the property. The rooms are neat and clean with balcony. Behaviiur if the owner was very good. I would love to stay here whenever planning for goa

Excellent stay

Sai guru stay was lovely. I stayed for 4 days as family. The owner was very responsive. My check-in time was 12 pm. But we went at 7 pm itself. They were able to accommodate as without extra charge as our room was still free. During our checkout, since it was peak time, the bookings were full, still the owner was kind enough to give us space to keep laggage and common bathroom to fresh up before we leave for train.

Awesome rooms with everything possibly they could give. A. C room spacious and clean and tidy. That specially need to mention. Cold water for drinking 24 hrs available. Smart tv wifi connection, tata sky working with all channels not like only local channels or free to air channels. Awesome homestay with pricewise also & location wise also. Owner helped in all possible way whether for rental scooter or taxi. Superb for family, for large group and even for couple awesome place.
