Bad room service, average room service
Bed tuta hue hai, ac is not cooling, room not cleaning, room service restaurant very very bad.

everything mentioned in this review is incorrect. this gupta was heavy drinker, when we said pls dont shout loudly we had another guests than he put all bad reviews. plsdont come again.we dont need customers like you. get well soon.

Not worth the price
Although the hotel was at a good location – near the Sahastradhara falls, and the ropeway was also nearby – we weren't able to reach the location easily since there weren't any clear signs of the hotel nearby. The manager of the hotel kept in touch with us, which was how we reached the hotel. The rooms were smelly, the bedsheets were torn, the blankets were moldy, the washrooms were smelly, and the hotel kept having a power cut at night as well as in the morning. The tea they served wasn't drinkable, but we appreciated that the manager made efforts to get us something to eat at 11 pm in the night. However, they could've prepared the rooms for us before we came, as they knew we were about to come to stay. We paid for two rooms which were in a bad condition – the floors hadn't been swept, the cobwebs hadn't been removed & the bedding wasn't maintained – so I think it wasn't worth the price.

this was our biggest mistake to give you front river view ac rooms instead of your booking was non ac back side room , you your self made rooms dirty bringing outside food . our manager tried to help you as mush as he can . you entered 10.30 pm and 8 am next day you check out , manager was allready waiting for you in the parking but still you have written so wrong things . really v bad . anyhow please we also do not need these kind of customers . regards

One of the best hotels in Sahastradhara. Excellent location on the waterfall. Very neat and clean rooms and helpful staff. New property.. recommend everyone.. peaceful snd calm environment 👍👍
