Nice resort, at the edge of the lake. Given that there are limited rooms, there is not much of a crowd within the property. Samir was gracious enough to allow early check-in and a slightly late check-out, much appreciated !! Food is tasty, but overpriced. Overall, a relaxing experience; would definitely recommend.

Property is not maintained and not fully reasy to host. it seems this is under maintenance only. Parking facility is pathetic. Once you are inside the villa, it's very difficult to reach out for help as most of the time, the internet and service desk are unreachable. Villas are very aesthetic, and vibe is good. However, the bathroom is really bad and smelly . Bedroom bedsheets are not clean at all, and overall, room hygiene doesn't match its aesthetics. The view, food, and location of the property are good, and staff (if you are able to contact) are nice.

Very good hospitality by the staff. Samir was also very helpful as was the staff. Food is okayish and prices are very high.

The stay was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious and most importantly the food was awesome. Overall it was satisfying in every sense.

It was perfect staycation. I would recommend everyone. The food was awesome. The place is really out of blue. Loved it.

Fabulous property to stay, feels like santorini

The property is a hidden gem just few minutes away from the concrete jungle. It is difficult to believe just picturesque location exists nearby. With fewer rooms, the sanctity and decorum of the property is maintained.

Stay and food both was great. Had plan a first trip with my 6 month old baby. Resort cooperation was good they supported well.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to end. The staff was attentive with warm hospitality. The resorst is nestled with serene and picturesque location. Wide range of amenities in resort to make your stay enjoyable.

There was no water in tap. Ac was not working at night. And staff of not cooperative. Please don’t expert hot food to be served total waste of money.

Well designed and well maintained villas with breathtaking views and delicious foods. Though we weren’t welcomed with a drink as mentioned, but was lot of fun with their indoor and outdoor games

The entire team specially ashwin the property manager, is also cooperative. The property was so clean and the food was so yummy and hygienic will come back soon thanks to the entire kairos team

What an amazing place for a peaceful time out from the city hustle .. easily reachable from Mumbai... The rooms are artistically decorated in Grecian style... The food was totally amazing.. the staff was courteous... Cleanliness immaculate... Definitely recommended to one and all... 🥂 Cheers

It was a gr 8 place to stay, we wr 5 friends meeting after long time, and the place made it even more special, beautiful rooms, nc landscape and most of all gr 8 food and service, specially the bell boy ganesh he was very sweet the campmax visit was an added bonus. Although a bit pricey but worth recommending. Thank you

One of the best properties .the staff specially manjeet was very cooperative and active , the place is sheere excellence and feel of Santorini , the interior is excellent. The view , we went by boat to camp Max too it's one of its kind and everyone should experience this once. It's amazing. It took my heart ❤️ it's worth the price. The food is also excellent kudos to the owner and the management ❤️.
