A complete disaster of a stay. The property maybe was once as good as it’s shown in the pictures but currently is nothing like the photos — musty rooms, ripped ceilings and worn-out furniture. Utility water ran out in all the washrooms in the middle of the night till 8 AM, and no one seemed bothered. The food was overpriced and barely edible — we were charged more than what we spent at Saltt and that too for tasteless, foul-smelling meals. Despite a 48-hour notice rule for food, service was poor and disorganized. No keys for rooms provided despite numerous reminders. No basic welcome, an unresponsive manager, and delayed response from the supervisor left us stranded. Honestly, we would have been better off staying home. Beware of hidden generator charges, which you have no way of keeping a tab, in just one day they raked up a chargeable SaffronStays needs to seriously fix this property — would never recommend it.

Everything was perfect, staff is very co-operative. Food is Tasty, Chef Sonukumar is great at his job, so is Imran and Pandu who are the caretakers. Property is peaceful overall with a few indoor games.

Stay at Saffron stay Casa Manga, Karjat was excellent. Chef. Sonu Kumar curated food for us according to our taste which was best. Pandu house keeper was at his feet for everything we asked him. Overall it was excellent experience.

Nice property, delicious food and courteous staff.. overall superb experience. Must visit if planning to enjoy with friends and family.

This is the 2nd time we have been to this property. It’s a lovely property with a very nice pool and a big lawn, i took my little shih tzu and she had a blast. The food is good and the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, but could do with a little maintenance, repainting etc. Because of the greenery around, be prepared for all kinds of insects. Carry your own insect repellant as they only use mosquito coils which are not very effective.

I had booked this villa bcz pets as per saffron stay pets are allowed in pool. But later during the stay manager called to say pet is not allowed in pool. As was able to prove my point he allowed us. If you are visiting with same purpose call and confirm the same. Overall good experience but few improvements can be made. 1. 2 huge frogs were present inside the pool needs some solution 2. Hot water kettle should be provided in the room 3. Need some sign board on the main road for directions

It's a big property with lush greenery. Good rooms and dining area. Food quality and service was also good. The only downside i found was maintenance of pool.

The entire property is lush green. Rooms are comfortable. Living and dining area is well spaced out. Pool is very clean and of reasonable size. Garden area is very nice. Whole property is very well maintained. The staff is very courteous and the cook prepared delicious food. It is on the expensive side but it is worth the money. 5 stars from my side.

Our stay at casa manga vill was amazing for 2 days - secluded private space for middle sized family (12 ppl) ample space for outdoor games nice pool. Hospitality was key which make the trip memorable specially mr panda (caretaker) & neeraj (cook) took due care of the guests.

The property was pretty average as compared to the photos. Whole the care taking staff was very nice, the overall feel of the property was not worth the money charged. The beds were poor quality, the swimming pool was not clean. There was no toiletries provided in the washroom.

The care taker, staff and the chef all were good. But, the amenities are not up to the expectations comparing the prices charged. There are no wardrobes available in the rooms. Even though play / activity area mentioned in the booking voucher, there was none. Also, we were charged a huge sum for the meals package which was supposed to be inclusive. We were charged about inr 9, 000 per head / per night including meals which is very high compared other properties nearby.

It was my family trip. The location was easily accessible. The rooms were very comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The food was delicious. Value for money and a must recommended the property to others.

Dinner and breakfast was told that it's included in our package and suddenly when we were checking out the person asked us to pay an extra amount which is so wrong.

Ok ok property, neat. Staff is very good.
