The rooms are ok and the food is very good. They are very new hence taking time to establish. They charge for food even though it was mentioned in their Buffett menu. There is no Room service and very limited staff. There are much better options in Karjat than this.

Just to clarify regarding the meals – everything included in the set plan was provided as promised, and only additional à la carte orders beyond the plan were chargeable. We will, however, ensure this is always communicated with even greater clarity going forward. While we currently do not offer in-room dining, this is by design as we wish to preserve the quality and freshness of our cuisine, best experienced at the restaurant. At the same time, we are expanding our team so that service feels warmer, faster, and more seamless with every visit. We hope you will return soon and experience how Tiki Farms continues to refine itself into a truly distinctive getaway in Karjat.

it was a great staycation with pros and con

it was a really good property well maintained. beautiful.. the only problem is the road to get to the property. it's absolute kaccha rasta for almost 5/10 mins. we went late night with our bikes. so it was a bit crazy and scary at night cuz there's literally no one. the property should put up boards so it's easy to spot them on and the travelers understand they are on the right track. the restaurant in the property is great. the soup was tasty. although the service was slow cuz there was just one person taking orders. but honestly I will go again here. it's an amazing staycation that we had!

My family and friends had the absolute pleasure of staying at tiki farms and it was truly an unforgettable experience! the villa itself was stunning! the architecture, design, and attention to detail were impeccable. The spacious rooms, beautifully landscaped gardens, and sparkling pool made it the perfect haven for relaxation. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From cooking delicious meals to arranging activities and excursions, they were always available to help.

Caretaker was very nice to us, he managed it well. Only problem to reach the farm is bit tedious with no concrete road, it will be a problem if you are arriving in night, apart from that everything is pretty nice

Neighbor was irritating

We had an amazing stay experience at the villa but at the end the neighbour created issues, as on the occasion of diwali we were bursting crackers which distributed her pet dogs for which we stopped and apologised to her but she was very rude and didn’t let us exit the property

groupTiki farm is the most suitable destination for nature lovers. The place is absolutely fantastic for big group of 10+ persons to spend quality time with nature. The owner mr. Singh is a gentleman and good host. The farm manager mr. Ramesh is truly a very decent and non intrusive person. He never says no for anything. Best part is we fell in love with two resident dogs living in farm and we have never seen such lovely canines. Truly amazing. Note : please don't get take dogs as negative since manager offered to take them away and chain them but after our short interaction with both dogs we felt emotionally attached to both of them. Lots of activities and games in and around the farm. Best is the river walks some 10 minutes on back side of the farm. 100 / 100 marks for the adventure part. Stay inside is decent and all amenities are available. Don't expect lavish facilities since it is a farm house with lots of insects etc. At sight due to natural atmosphere. Believe me you will get used to it very soon. Manager and owner are very prompt to respond. Beware of low mobile signals and poor internet connectivity. We could not get wifi even though manager tried his best to arrange jio technician but they did not turnup. Anyways no big deal. U get 4g if you come out in open area. Only department where improvement needed is food. Menu wise food is arranged by some outsourced agency. We did not like any of the food. But just 5 kms away there is an excellent restaurant surbhi owned by shiv senna ml a and food is absolutely a delight. Prefer this restaurant. Overall visit tiki farm even without a second thought. Loved the vibes of this place and all persons connected with this place.

Dear acharya family & friends, we have worked very hard to bring the place back up again after the unlock allowed us to start operations, and am glad you all has an awesome time at our property. You are very much part of the tiki farms family too now, and are welcome to return anytime. Will find more initiatives taking shape over 2021. We are still working around some of the teething issues you pointed out especially internet, for which we are setting a direct point-to-point wireless connection with neral. Food - am not sure how to interpret; yes its an external kitchen and i have personally set the menu with the chef, and the cuisine is more maharashtrian so maybe that did not appeal to your palette. Open to a more detailed feedback one-on-one to understand the taste preference as it will surely help us with future customers from your region. Overall, big thanks for providing such an extensive review and i only hope future guests feel encouraged to come share the experiences of living on a farm.
