Review Of SaffronStays ArcadiaLike a 4

This was our second visit to Arcadia. The last one was about 2 years ago when it had just opened. We were very impressed with the villa in our first visit but this time it was disappointing. While the outdoor areas are maintained decently, the quality of the rooms have gone down. Almost all the washrooms were either unclean or had water or hardware issues. There was electricity issues which was eventually resolved. The pool was dirty. Overall disappointing for our group of 15 people.

All AC were non functional. We cancelled the booking and checked out in the evening. Property manager was very unpolite...

Had an amazing experience... pool is huge... amazing views and surroundings.... only food was average

Food was good, service staff were great and helpful. The property could use some upgrades in all bathrooms. New towels linens also needed. The property is well spaced and can accommodate 5 families comfortably.

Property is superb, but food quality is below average especially when you compare with their pricing of rs 1600 for veg food for 4 meals. Also with rate, they need to offer more spread of menu

Arcadia is a lovely property. It’s well designed. Has a lovely swimming pool and a square lawn to play games. The living room is big and is perfect for family fun. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The support staff led by vi-nu is very supportive. Nearby attractions are manas mandir and mahuli fort trek. Big downside is food. It’s sub par versus other saffron-stays properties. Worst is that they ran out of food on atleast four occasions. It’s embarrassing to summarise a good place to make memories.
