We have been offered menu selection before our visit as follows for dinner 1 Vegetable, 1 dal, Choice of Rice, Chapati with accompaniments papad, sweet dish & pickle. no sweet dish was provided and they were not apologetic about it. Breakfast was offered as follows Poha/ Upma(any one), tea/coffee (anyone) with accompaniments bread butter. we choose Upma, tea with accompaniments. They provided us Upma only and treated tea as extra and charged it separately. Didn't provide bread butter. Our menu selection was informed 2 days in advance with half payment in advance. They may give excuses of late check in and that too we informed them in advance also told them to keep food ready we are ok to consume food prepared 1-2 hours before our arrival. According to your host breakfast means only standalone upma. Dinner was also very basic, jeera rice was prepared with "mota chawal" and was sticky. If they charge food at par Star rated properties then it should be of Star rated quality. And if it was like agro tourism then the prices should be accordingly less. Caretaker was also not trained. Caretaker didn't helped with luggage, but standing there for tip without helping. Water heaters were not working properly, towels were not provided. Dental kit was provided for one person only, for rest others it was not provided. All this would have been accepted in ordinary place with ordinary charges. They are charging at five star rate and providing services like lodge. Water glass used in night were stacked together with leftover water and offered in same condition in morning at the time of breakfast. Microwave is not available, electric kettle is also not there, you can't help yourself if not satisfied with their services. Beds are smaller than queen size. Only 2 bedrooms, 3rd is sept Out house fully occupied with bed (smaller than queen size) only having little space to reach the bed. Family can practically use 2 bedrooms only as the third one looks unsafe being outhouse.
