This room was not as expected. Pool was dirty. Got it cleaned after we reached there. The wifi was not working. Food was ok. Pillow covers were dirty. Had them changed. The gaming zone was not clean.

Totally not worth the money — complete disaster, never again!

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay The hotel looks nice only in photos, but the actual experience was terrible. I had booked a suite room with a valley view, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the room was dusty, not properly cleaned, and nowhere near the standard shown online. I had also booked a meal package, but the food quality was unhygienic and tasteless. The worst part was during the night — the AC was switched off, most likely to save electricity, and even the room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact anyone. I had to personally go to the reception at 3:00 AM to ask them to turn the AC back on. Overall, it was the worst stay I’ve experienced. Definitely not worth the money, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. The photos are misleading, and the management seriously needs to improve hygiene and service quality.

familyIt was a smelly place, rooms were stinky and swimming pool was not clean at all. Food is fine and staff is very courteous but that does not help much. The rates are low as well and the high ratings were attractive. But overall experience was not good

It was a pleasant stay.

The resort is really nicely maintained. The location & the surrounding environment is just awesome. It's one of the best places for relaxation with family and friends. We stayed in the orange room at 1st floor level, rooms were so so but neat and clean & the best thing is you can enjoy a beautiful scenic view from the balcony. All the staff are very much helpful & cooperative. The food quality was really good. Game zone, swimming pool all are very good. One problem we faced here regarding delayed service of food, the reason behind is we ordered for a la carte & buffet system was going on, but they should also be careful for the castomers, who have not taken buffet system. I strongly recommend it to all for this resort.

Had a wonderful stay, just the rooms are not clean so had to be after the staff to goer the room cleaned. The manager is very good and very helpful. Location and property is very peaceful and amazing

Reception area person is so confused every time asking for payment which we already paid before checking. No housekeeping services in room that to in covid no cleaning of room, no sanitization. Even dust-in is also full of beer bottles when we check in. Washroom geiger size is so small we have wait for 5 mint then take water again off tap wait 5 mint then only getting water. Property is good, but not maintain properly.
