property location is good. No parking area.staff behaviour is good. all things and need we have to demand then they provide. food is average. swimming pool water is not clean. no connection of wi fi .Very bad in proper is lift not available.intercom not provided. tea and coffee not provided. Not recommended to book this property.

Room and view are amazing. Service are also exceptional. Just that they need to clean swimming pool. It was not properly clean. Otherwise everything was good.

The staff was less, there was no detail cleaning and the service was slow, these things need to be updated

It's very bad experience i will never take this hotel next time food is bery bad test is not good i don't like this hotel.

Very bad experience. They have check in time after 1 pm. When we were reach there is no lift in hotel. We have to climb 3 floors. The room was good. But tv is not working and in bathroom the exsost fan was not working. The bathroom was stinking of like someone vomiting on it. When we ask to room change the saw us another room which has same vomiting stinking. So we stick to the same room. The electric kettle was dirty inside. Next morning we goes to breakfast they say you don't have breakfast in your package. Then we ask them to check. And than they allow us for breakfast. Thair ware no such items in breakfast. Only poha, upma, and puri bhaji. They don't have anything else. No butter or jam cubs. They give us it in a bowl which has fungus on butter. Very bad experience. I don't recommend to others. Or neither i will go to that hotel again.
