Review Of Kumbhal Palace Resort Kumbhalgarh

The photo of room on is of new property and the room they gave was in old property .The property may be 25years old. And they justify the same room too.Or ask for upgrade for extra charges.Its just like dekhaneka kuch aur aur dene ka kuch aur. And owner doesn't even involve the sinario and staff only says speak to head office.At 11th hour everything becomes impossible

Stayed for 3 nights with family, cottage stay is comfortable, food served was good, only need to work on room service and timely cleaning of rooms...thus recommended for stay .

When we reached to the place it is very inside near about 3 km off roading and cannot keep car beside when another vehicle coming from front. Too much big and small Insects in hotel. Nobody was staying there except us. We decided not to stay here cause we had a two children together so we went from there and booked another hotel.

The Hotel is in prime location, food is good but the deluxe rooms needs more cleaning and attention. Staff are good!

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The hotel needs to seriously evaluate options to improve general cleanliness. It was the worst experience of my life. The rooms were of the worst quality. The room was covered in dust, dust was everywhere. There was dirt under the bed and the dust looked like it had been forgotten by the cleaners.

Hot water facility was not available. Charging sockets in the room not functional. Pathetic experience

The property was not clean, the tent rooms were totally in poor condition

Room was ok but washroom was not clean and it smell very bad. Asked multiple time to property and room service but they were not responsive and basic washroom essential like even handwash was not given.

Good stayed with good facility we had lots if enjoy good was delicious and staff was very polite and well

The resort was good and the view from our room was also very good. The mountain restaurant facilities around were also very good. The parking facilities were also good. The staff there gave good guidance on what to visit nearby and when and where you can visit. The fort is only 15 minutes walking distance from the resort. Thank You.

AC was not working. Paint was falling on me during full night. Can't sleep as high noise music was playing till late night.

Service only on demand, poor service, not taking care. Pillow 4 required, only 2 gives, remaining on demand gives, same for drinking water, hot water from geyser very slow
