Very poor service, no body to pick up the phone and listen to your needs. A. C. Off as electricity goes even fan off initially. Called a number of times but nobody responds. Very horrible experience.

I am a business traveler and align my hotel booking through makemytrip only. This time i am very much un-satisfied with make my trip. That how you select the hotel to offer your customer. No hygienic and no safety was provide by hotel. After one day stayed i was arrived at hotel at 8:30 pm hotel door was closed before 9 pm and when i request them to opened the asked me your booking is there or what. That hotel is basically for marriage party and relevant ceremony only that is not for business purpose.
