The room was dirty. I mentioned the TV wasn't working during check-in. I called reception four times, but the TV still wasn't working during my one-day stay.

No food in the hotel. If ordered, the source from outside which takes 30 minutes. Dirty room. Insects were roaming. Dirty bed sheet. Ill mannered staffs

The actual hotel looks totally different from pictures. Hotel is very dirty. No service. 1 litre mineral water cost you 60 rupees. And mrp of water is only 20 rupees. It means they’re doing only money business. No humanity. Staff is crazy and pathetic. If you call 10 times at the reception for order or asking something, they won’t help you. Overall i am not happy after spending that much money. It’s not worth.

They charged more amount than the price mentioned on menu card and alsso charged more for over stated just for 3 hours

Don't go on the pictures at all. What they've shown is a super deluxe room. The normal deluxe room is a like the size of a chawl. There are no amenities. Forget about having a water kettle. There is not even a single bottle of water included, at least for even the 1st day of check in. Water bottle at a cost of 30 rs. Tea at the cost of 30 rs. Which is literally like a baby cup. At the time of check in, the manager strictly told me to book directly from them the next time I visit. I don't know what made him think I would. I stayed here for 6 whole days and on the 3rd day, my girlfriend and I wanted to have a guest over for just a couple hours for which again they asked the extra amount of 800. The worst part is, I was out when i called them, and he called me back and asks if the guest is a male or a female. I felt very uncomfortable with this question but yet i answered and he still said there will be an extra charge. The most unworthy and expensive stay i've ever had in Mumbai. While booking, i selected an option for early check-in. I do understand it's on an availability basis. I reached mumbai at around 9 and called them at 10 to check for early check in. They said not available. I reached the hotel around 10:45 and asked again just incase. I was denied again and that was perfectly fine cause i understand the rooms may not be empty. After a min, the manager tells me, if you really need it, we can give you an early check-in but at an extra cost of rs. 800. The worst part is, they did not even have toilet paper to provide. I mean what hotel does not provide toilet paper. Worst ever. Don't even think about it. You will definitely regret it and think about this feedback of mine.

So small rooms and they charged 2800, the whole lobby was stinking

Very bad. Broken toilets. No water no needful things available. Dirty blankets. Really need to improve the facilities alot.

Pros: cleanliness, environment, large balcony. Cons: 1. Too interior from the highway and as a result, can be especially troublesome for people without their own transport. 2. Severely limited food options, especially for vegetarian folks. 3. Pictures can be a bit deceptive as the pool isn’t use-able and the area isn’t that big enough for even casual strolls. We had a camping trip planned after checkout from the hotel at around 3 pm. But even though the entire hotel was stark empty (we were literally the only ones staying there, our request for an extended stay of a couple of hours was met with a 1000 rs extra charge. Imagine, 1000 for 2 hours!

I had to check In late because the same room was allocated to 1 couple on hourly basis where the bed sheet and washroom everything was ruined. There was lady hairs on bed not at all cleaned I was waiting for check in even when I arrived late to the hotel as it was allocated to couple on hourly basic. I’m very unhappy and it was very embarrassing for me and my family

Good service provide by sa front staff and house keeping staff was very helpful. Thank you so much we will visit again

Hotel was good but the problem with hotel was toiletries and cleanliness. They need to improve on that. And food. They do not have in house kitchen but they provide you from outside. For wich they will charge you twice the price

Food was good. But the room was so small

It is one of the best in mira road.

We stayed here for the first game of ipl 2020. The waiters are helpful and there are no major restrictions if you staying with your friends or wanna party.
