Review Of Sorted Place Premium Service Apartments

I’m honestly disgusted and deeply disappointed with this stay. The place wasn’t clean at all. There was no dustbin, no towels, no toiletries, and not even drinking water—no RO or bottles provided. No handwash was given despite me asking at least five times, and when they finally gave one, it was a single bottle for three washrooms. The bedsheets were dirty and even torn, and the pillows didn’t have covers. None of the utensils were clean, and the WC was filthy. One bathroom window had a missing glass panel, one room didn’t even have a mirror, and the kitchen glass door wouldn’t close properly. Their staff even took the TV remote and didn’t return it for three days despite repeated requests. Housekeeping was done only once in five days, that too after constant follow-ups. I can’t believe this property is listed on MMT. If I could, I would give negative ratings. Easily the worst stay I’ve ever had.

The best part is the affordable pricing without compromising on quality. Perfect for both short and long stays — truly feels like a home away from home!

We’ve stayed at The Sorted Place in Puranik City, Thane, in both their 1BHK and 2BHK apartments, and our experience has always been excellent. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Although the bed sheets could’ve been more clean . The staff is friendly, accommodating, and makes the process very smooth. Check-ins and check-outs are quick and convenient, which adds to the overall ease of staying here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a homely and stress-free place in Thane!

Best service and best staff.....

It was a good day. The owner is very nice. The the room was neat and clean. The only thing is that the room can have basic communities for travellers like at least one bottle of drinking water, some towels

Chinmay was a great host. Had a great stay at a sorted place. The property was amazing. No inconvenience faced. Worth every money.

Terrible experience at The Sorted Place! They didn’t provide basic amenities like toiletries or towels, which should be standard in any hotel. On top of that, the hospitality was non-existent, and the manager was extremely rude. To make things worse, they even asked for extra money for housekeeping—absolutely pathetic! Definitely not worth the stay. Avoid this place!

It was a delightful and cozy stay in the room all the staff members of sorted palace were friendly and generous and professional we wish to come again here

The sofa was torn, no kitchen, no microwave for 1 bhk it was more a studio apartment then a 1 bhk

Overall stay was good, place was clean however no toiletries and towels were provided which were mentioned in amenities while booking but the caretaker told that is not included
